By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with any other applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Therefore, we recommend that you review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

1. Eligibility

4. User Submissions and Conduct

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Products and Services

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and pricing information for all products and services on our Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All products and services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, reject all or part of an order, and discontinue products or services without prior notice.
In the event of any error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

6. Payment and Charges

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing and availability information without notice.
Payment for all orders must be made through the payment methods provided on the Site. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping for our products. (For international orders, please contact us). Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days, primarily via India Post or reputable courier services such as Trackon ,Delhivery and ekart, depending on the most suitable option for the delivery location.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination but generally take 8-15 business days.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products and the shipping destination. The estimated shipping cost will be provided during the checkout process after you enter your delivery address. However, actual shipping charges may vary from the amount paid at checkout due to factors such as changes in book weight with new editions or other reasons. If there is a significant difference in shipping charges, we will inform you, and you will be required to pay the additional amount. Conversely, if there is an overcharge, the excess amount will be refunded to you.
As Maktaba Razi supplies books from various publishers, there may be instances where the ordered book(s) are out of stock or unavailable from a specific publisher. In such cases, we may send you the same book published by another reputable publisher from Deoband, such as Kutub Khana Naimia, Faisal Publications, Deeni Kitab Ghar, Zakaria Book Depot, Darul Kitab, etc.

8. Returns and Cancellations

If you found any damages in the book i.e. torn pages, missing text, binding error (wrong volume binding), etc. you must notify within 3 working days of receiving, we will send a replacement.
Please note that Maktaba Razi will not bear the shipping cost, and it will not be credited or refunded under any circumstances.
For cancellations, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maktaba Razi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
The use or inability to use the Site.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
Statements or conduct of any third party on the Site.
Any other matter relating to the Site or services provided.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any errors will be corrected.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in District Saharanpur

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms and Conditions, along with any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Maktaba Razi and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
