Returns and Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds after the payment is made. In case the product is not available in our inventory, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund, which may take 7-10 days to reflect in your bank account.

If you find any damages in the book i.e. torn pages, missing text, binding error (wrong volume binding), etc. you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving it, and we will send a replacement.

Please note that Maktaba Razi will not bear the shipping cost, and it will not be credited or refunded under any circumstances.
