Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days via India Post or reputable courier services such as Trackon, Delhivery, depending on the most suitable option for the delivery location.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but generally take 8-15 business days. Delivery to interior rural areas, Jammu and Kashmir, and other remote regions may take longer. If 15 days have passed and you still haven’t received the books, please contact us.
India Post is a government-run delivery service, so occasional delays in order delivery may occur. Delivery times can vary, especially if you are located in an interior or rural area.
After dispatch, the tracking number will be updated in the “My Orders” section on the website approximately 2 days later. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the India Post website or the respective private courier website (link will be provided).
Note: As Maktaba Razi supplies books from various publishers, there may be instances where the ordered book(s) are out of stock or unavailable from a specific publisher. In such cases, we may send you the same book published by another reputable publisher from Deoband, such as Kutub Khana Naimia, Faisal Publications, Deeni Kitab Ghar, Zakaria Book Depot, Darul Kitab, etc
If, however, the product is not available in our inventory and we could not arrange it from another publisher, we will inform you. You can then choose to either receive a refund or wait for a few days or weeks until the product is back in stock.
Shipping Charges
Good news! India Post has resumed its subsidised book parcel service ‘Gyan Post’, making shipping more affordable for our customers. This service allows a maximum weight of 5 kg per parcel, so if your total order exceeds this limit, we will divide it into multiple 5 kg packets. Typically, we charge ₹145 per 5 kg packet, which includes shipping, packing, and handling costs.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products and the shipping destination. The estimated shipping cost will be provided during the checkout process after you enter your delivery address.
However, actual shipping charges may vary from the amount paid at checkout due to factors such as changes in book weight with new editions or other unforeseen reasons. If there is a significant difference in shipping charges, we will inform you, and you will be required to pay the additional amount. Conversely, if there is an overcharge, the excess amount will be refunded to you.
All-Inclusive Pricing
Our prices are all-inclusive, meaning all taxes are already factored into the listed prices. Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
